Regional Secretary – Stoke – Logistics/Distribution Industry

Salary : £27,100 K Base plus benefits

As Regional Secretary you will act as the first point of contact for all general enquiries and enjoy a remit which is wide and varied, ranging from basic administrative routines to collating and producing management reports/presentations, organising diaries, travel and business functions, as well as undertaking specific ad-hoc projects as required.

Able to demonstrate significant and relevant experience in a similar secretarial capacity, you will also have:

  • Comprehensive diary and in-box management, booking travel and accommodation and managing other day to day communication
  • Being the first point of contact for general enquiries and where possible answer these queries
  • Provide Secretarial/Administrative service to the Management Team
  • Producing memos, letters, documents and minutes of meetings as required
  • Organising and planning events and meetings and diary management for the Team
  • Generating reports, proposals and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Have RSA level 1 and 2 as a minimum (or equivalent) and 60 words per minute typing speed.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint – Slide creation and Reporting
  • Have high level of PC/IT expertise, particularly in respect of Keynote or PowerPoint applications and the production of professional graphic presentations
  • Evidence of successfully working at a similar level in a large and growing business, whilst operating with absolute integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
  • First rate planning, organisation and communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts in regards to projects and meetings
