HRGO Are currently looking for a Purchasing Supply Clerk.

Your duties will be to assist and support the buying and stock control departments, reviewing supplier stock sheets daily. Arranging collections with fleet and checking all orders. Raising Purchase orders, Stock control including replenishment, to maximise availability whilst minimise stocks. Liaising with senior management to assist in negotiating prices, quantities and delivery timescales are met. Ensuring administrative systems are accurate and all up to date.

Excellent negotiation skills and a good communicator,
Highly organised and and able to prioritise tasks
Good attention to detail and experience using Excel
Analysing suppliers promotions via online portals
Follow up on failed or short deliveries or collections
Experience using the Sanderson sword system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given Please forward your CV to (url removed)
