An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Communications Executive based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 3 months, with possibility of the role going Temp - Perm, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £31,600 and £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Team Assistant role, based in London, reports to the Supply Chain Communications Director and is responsible for internal Supply Chain communications channel management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the end-to-end internal communications process, including planning, sourcing of editorial leads, bringing content to life in an exciting and engaging way
Managing the Supply Chain communications channels (including the global newsletter, webcasts, Yammer etc.) targeting our 20k+ office based global network.
Responsible for the internal communications editorial calendar and liaison to the Global Communications Content Team
Responsible for the social media editorial calendar and providing support in sourcing and crafting content
Responsible for channel assessment, monitoring traffic and performance of the communications, regularly reviewing analytics with a view to increase readability and engagement KPIs
Responsible for Ad-Hoc administrative tasks such as raising POs and arranging meetings

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Good writing skills

Social media savvy LinkedIn, Twitter etc

Needs to be comfortable working a highly networked, dynamic work environment

Experience of working in a Communications Function
