ROLE INFORMATION:
24-7 Recruitment Services are currently seeking an Operations Support Manager for our sites throughout the Midlands. Ideally you should be able to commute between Stoke, Leicester and Birmingham with sites in between.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager in this region, this is a pivotal role in our development and therefore recruitment experience within the transport industry is essential.
We will consider Senior Consultants looking for the next step in their career or Branch Managers looking to become more mobile and regional.
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
* Existing customer base supplying circa 100 drivers per week
* Autonomy to manage your own day.
* Salary negotiable dependant on experience
YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
* Previous recruitment experience in the transport industry
* Administration, compliance and payroll experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct site meetings
* Ability to actively engage with new customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
