Excellent opportunity to join this Global Leader in Consumer Electronics in a new role reporting to the Head of Retail for Europe, this role will be responsible for working with a large number of European stores to deliver and implement the Experience Stores Strategy across Europe. You will be a strong negotiator and influencer and work to unblock any delivery issues. You will have input into P and L so need to have good financial acumen delivering as well as being very data driven and analytical. You will have to analyse sales data, mystery shop data and insights to look at ways to deliver improvements

You will have experience of working in high performing Retail/Shopper/Customer experience teams in Mobile industry, branded FMCG and/or Luxury goods environment as well as strong experience in working with HQ and local subsidiaries at a strategic level.

The role combines strategic planning and operational oversight, by providing an interface between HQ and local Retail teams to

Align the strategic priorities for the region regarding Sales & Operation. Ensure that Retail initiatives are flawlessly executed to support regional growth potential and build a consistent look and feel in all Experience Stores

You will support delivery of :

- Growth of contribution in EU

- Renovation of stores, opening and closing of stores.

- Premium Customer Experience

- Delivery of HQ Key KPIs

Store Renovation and Growth, working with teams to support the planning and implementation of the renovation of stores regarding progress to targeted renovation dates. Oversee and support the selection criteria and target setting, for all new store locations.

Ensure consistent and Premium Customer Experience, monitor how subsidiaries are identifying activities to improve Retail customer experience, and support the implementation of the Global Customer experience platform. Oversee and support local subsidiaries by providing guidance and best practices.

Store KPI performance, monitor performance of all Experience stores, look for patterns and trends and work with Retail heads to ensure improvement plans are in place. Track and report on all KPI’s.

Lead Retail Go-to-Market strategy within the stores, for Flagship products launch, and oversee local flawless execution, you must be able to work across multiple projects within exciting tech products.

You will have well developed Communication/Interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate experience of building influencing relationship with a Can-do attitude, solutions-focused approach and resourcefulness towards swift problem-solving
