TSR are looking for a Contracts Manager to join an organisation based in Manchester. This is a permanent role. A company car/car allowance will be provided.

The role:

- Working on the responsive and planned works team

- Working on joinery and groundworks contracts

- Managing contractors

- Pricing up works

- Commercial works - retails parks, warehouses etc.

The person:

- Ideally must come from a trades background - joinery, plumbing, groundworks etc.

- Must have experience working in a similar role
