We are recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager on behalf of a national landscaping service provider who both install and maintain landscaping on new build housing sites and work for a number of the major housebuilders.
They have an impressive client base that includes Redrow, Bellway, David Wilson, Lovell, Barratt and Taylor Wimpey Homes and a reputation for coming up with innovative and budget meeting solutions that enhance homes within the new build sector.
As the Assistant Operations Manager you will work closely with the operational and installation teams to ensure the effective installation and if required maintenance of both soft and hard landscaping projects within the new build sector.
You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills, be confident in leading a diverse team, be pro-active, have a positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and have landscaping experience within the new build sector.
In return you will be joining a well-established and leading landscaping service provider in what is a period of significant growth and be working within the senior operational management ensuring the on-time completion of a number of projects.
On offer is a basic salary of between £32,000 and £35,000, a company car, pension scheme and real career progression opportunities.
