This fast paced, online automotive business has a great reputation for providing fantastic customer service and they want to continue strengthening that reputation. Having now doubled their supply demand and halved their service delivery time, they need a supplier manager who is data focused and understands the operation that takes place in a dealership to manage their dealer partners to continue to deliver their first-class service.
With a large supplier list, you will need to make sure you are using the best dealers that are providing a great customer experience to your customers. They will adhere to SLA’s and KPI’s you have set and you will conduct quarterly reviews to make sure they are performing to your standard. All the while, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with your partners and work together to deliver your mutual goal.
You

Have a background in the automotive industry.
Must have worked in/with/managed a dealership or dealer group
Have examples of managing suppliers and have strong relationship building skills
Be data focused and highly organised
Work independently and get stuff done!
