Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Our small close knit client based in the centre of Hertford is seeking an organised administrator with previous experience working within logistics.

The successful candidate will have great administrative skills and high attention to detail. If you are seeking a new challenge then please apply!

Job Duties:

• Handling inbound communications from customers and suppliers via telephone and emails and resolving any queries or issues
• Managing the compliance of the business including all required paperwork
• Creating weekly reports on performance and feeding them back to managers
• Scheduling and planning collections and deliveries and handling any issues that may arise from them
• Any administrative tasks in relation to logistics that may occur

Person Specification:

• Previous logistics administration experience required and experience working within waste management highly advantageous
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient user of Microsoft packages
• High attention to detail with good organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team

• 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays
