Contracts Manager to join the contracts and estimating team within an established company manufacturing bespoke and tailored to individual needs joinery products for commercial building projects throughout the UK. Market sectors include education, health, MOD, education, commercial and residential. With over 25 years in manufacturing joinery products for the building and construction industry they have an excellent reputation with Clients, Architects and Main Contractors. Excellent opportunity to join a professional, friendly and progressive firm, in their modern offices on their manufacturing site.
Contracts Manager
The position involves working with architect's schedules & drawings, CAD
Liaising with customers to prepare production paperwork for our factory using Microsoft Excel.
Preparation of requisitions for each project for materials ordering purposes.
Close attention to detail and a methodical attitude is required to ensure accuracy
Keeping accurate records on their bespoke system
Keeping in contact with customers regarding progress during order production and delivery.
Involved in materials scheduling
Liaising with planning department and factory
Working within Contracts department
Attention to detail and good communication skills required
