An opportunity to join a luxury fashion house has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor. You will assist the team in dealing with costs and procurement for capital expenditure projects within the EMEIA region; be involved on projects from feasibility stage to project completion; produce and managing budgets, cost control, tenders, contracts, procurement and reporting as well as take lead on key/complex projects and flagships. To be considered you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally be a chartered MRICS Surveyor. You will have experience of costing and procuring high end luxury projects within retail, residential or luxury hotels. Not only in the UK but it would be hugely advantageous if you have international experience as well. You will also have detailed knowledge of the construction process and procurement is essential ideally within retail but high end luxury would be a distinct advantage.
