I am working with a leading, forward thinking care provider who are seeking to increase their senior management team through the appointment of a new, area operations manager.

You will join a entrepreneurial provider who is committed to delivering high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex behaviours within supported living settings.

You will become a key member of the the senior management team and oversee multiple supported living settings/services for adults across the Worcestershire and some of the Gloucestershire region.

You will continuously work to drive forward business growth and development, and improve care quality and delivery. You will mentor, coach and develop your managers to be ambassadors for high quality care, whilst taking a lead on budget management, driving forward efficiency and developing excellent relationships with key stakeholders and local authority providers.

To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience within an area, regional or operations manager capacity for the learning disabilities sector.

It is ESSENTIAL that you live within a realistic commute distance from the Worcestershire and/or Gloucestershire region and have access to your own vehicle. You will be able to demonstrate extensive CQC knowledge and experience, proven experience of successful business growth and the ability to manage and develop budgets.

In return, you will receive a generous salary up to £45000 per annum, continued training and development and other exciting opportunities.
