Job Description
Working within the Performance Management and Analytical Unit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the analytical function and overseeing the delivery of work in relation to the performance management function (including deputising for the Performance manager when required).

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in a data/statistical related discipline, or hold relevant experience in the data analysis field. Experience of managing and motivating successful teams is essential.

Applicants should hold a good understanding of data analysis, business intelligence and data science; along with an ability to analyse and manipulate large datasets using an array of techniques. Applicants should also have proven experience and be proficient in the use of Micrsoft Excel at an advance level. An understanding of statistical computing with the ability to use SPSS, R or Python would also be advantageous.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be required to deliver presentations with the ability to present information in a logical and structured manner.

This position requires a NPPV Level 2. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their NPPV Level 2 check.
