We are looking for an HR operations manager and designated safeguarding lead to work for a Grade 1 training provider to lead all aspects of Human resource, staff training and development, safeguarding and data protection throughout Nova training. To ensure that Human Resource policies and procedures and the employee handbook are up-dated in line with statutory requirements, to up-date HR policies and procedures are introduced as and when necessary. To keep up to date with employment law and procedures and relevant codes of practice. To take responsibility for co-ordinating and investigating any investigation, disciplinary, capability and performance improvement process. To undertake the responsibilities and the duties of the company’s designated safeguarding lead. Undertake the responsibilities regarding data protection and GDPR, and to ensure the appropriate CPD is delivered to all employees across all the company.

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum level 2 Literacy and Numeracy Qualification

* Degree Level qualification in HR

* CIPD L5 or equivalent

* Level 5 management qualification

* Current designated safeguarding lead

* An understanding and a working knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR

* The ability to analyse HR data from a range of sources and identify relevant issues and actions.

* Own transport and ability to travel to all sites as and when required.
