A strong Operational Support Manager with excellent leadership skills is required to join a successful owner-managed Edinburgh based business. This role would be ideal for someone who has experience, and success, in managing a team of administrative support staff (including receptionists and PA's), driving change and a a proven track record in improving processes alongside delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible for managing a large sales support team. Your role will be to advise, create and implement new and effective processes to make the sales support administrative function more efficient.
Although this role is primarily based at the Edinburgh office there will be a requirement for you to travel to other Scottish offices on a monthly basis.
Key skills required:
* Experience of managing the administrative support function - including supervising the work of administrative support staff (ideally within a sales/commercial environment)
* Experience of designing and implementing new and improved processes, procedures, policies and systems to support the business
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent communicator
* Strong MS Excel skills
