Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager or Production Manager from a Chemicals/Oil & Gas background to join an international company which is continuing to expand and move into new markets. On offer is the chance to play a pivotal role at one of their key sites and shape the development of a crucial part of their business.

The company are global business, spanning multiple continents, specialising in specialist manufacturing solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry. With the best part of a centuries experience behind them, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for an Operations Manager to help with their expansion and join their Aberdeen site by offering a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business and make their mark on the role and their respective site.

The core responsibilities of this role will be overseeing the day-to-day running of their plant, creating budgets and managing the finances of this site. They will also be managing the team and personnel and overseeing health and safety amongst the team and the company's processes. You will be working closely with Supply Chains and be reporting to Director level.

This person will come from a production or manufacturing background with strong experience of managing a team and a good knowledge of health and safety and risk assessment.
