Customer Relationship Manager (Supply Chain/ Demand Planning)

Directly responsible for all incoming business demand for OE, Build and Aftermarket
Key contact for customer therefore will be responsible for customer end to end demand management (from point of order to despatch)
Ensure department objectives are achieved as part of a small team
Effective and open, honest communication with all levels of customer
Responsibilities:
Act as single point of contact for customers including key customers
Manage and review customer demands prior to acceptance to ensure all orders can be delivered OTIF
Negotiating with customer to agree order/delivery schedules (Offering updates throughout from Purchasing)
Working closely alongside Supply Chain in order to manage and forecast order timescales
Maintain and update key information
Answer customer concerns and enquiries to orders
Attending customer sites for meetings
Candidate Requirements:
Confident customer service skills ideally stemmed from within a demanding manufacturing environment
Experience of supply and demand
Confident and with the ability to liaise with stakeholder and third party suppliers
Strong analytical skills
Logical approach to tasks
High degree of accuracy and negotiation skills
Team player
