Working side by side with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be assigned to work on a very large Facilities Management bid, this role is an exciting opportunity with a leading Facilities Management provider which is likely to lead to further opportunities for the right candidate! This company offers a modern working culture and the opportunity to be a part of a large, productive and fun team.

Key Responsibilities include -

Support the preparation of supplier requests for quotation packs, including pre-requisite instructions and pricing details
Supporting the issuing and monitoring of requests for quotation and answering supply chain queries
Expediting requests for quotation for meeting the bid timeline
Expediting requests for quotation
supporting the supply chain evaluation process
Strong administrative and organizational skills, along with an intermediate competency of Microsoft word and excel are essential.
Previous experience working in a supply chain and or bid support role would be highly advantageous
A BPSS pre-employment check will be conducted as part of the process
