Our client is an innovative beauty company operating within the health and supplements market, and they need a Supply Chain Manager to join them in their brand new central Leeds office! This position would suit an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a detail-oriented mind and excellent project management abilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Managing the end to end supply chain for the company

* Arranging shipments and stock transfers to various warehouses

* Working alongside global manufacturers to ensure forecast accuracy, factory and product quality

* Negotiating prices with suppliers

* Managing all processes and procedures for all 3PLs: customer service, logistics and warehousing

* Providing excellent customer service and sales support

* Building agreed forecasts with key suppliers

* Working with cross functional team and acting as a Project Manager in processing & managing different levels of operational information that are vital to the business

Candidate requirements:

* Supply chain management experience within the beauty industry

* Great organisational skills

* Excellent multitasker

* Previous experience working with international distribution systems

* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

* Experience managing junior staff members would be advantageous
