A highly organised Transport Manager / Transport Compliance Manager is required for our market leading engineering client based in the Aylesbury region of Buckinghamshire to manage and coordinate the coordinate and manage the transport systems across the group ensuring compliance of all Operator licences and FORS accreditations. This role would suit an experienced CPC transport manager with good experience of being responsible for O licence compliance and a FORS practitioner and good auditing and transport management systems experience. In return there is a good salary of circa £35k-£45k dependent on experience with excellent company benefits including annual company bonus and excellent pension scheme in an established reputable company. The ideal Transport CPC manager candidate will have the following key skills and experiences;
Essential:
- Good transport compliance management experience or experience of being an transport manager, compliance manager within the transport industry or similar where you managed operator licences and hold the certificate in professional competence (CPC)
- Operator licence compliance
- Transport Manager CPC
- FORS Practitioner
- Driver CPC qualified
- Driver Card (Tachograph)
- LGV Licence C+E
- Excellent people skills and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the business from the drivers to the directors
Desirable:Any of these are desirable but can be trained;FORS Fuels and Emissions Champion, FORS Road Risk Champion, Driving Instructional / assessment LGV (LGV Driving Assessor / Trainer)
