Supply Chain Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Supply Chain Manager required for a very successful manufacturer that is renowned for offering excellent working conditions and truly valuing its staff. This role will play a key part in the continuous improvement and development of the S&OP Process.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in any FMCG manufacturing environment and be confident in using MRP systems. You will be confident in running S &OP processes, preparing CAPEX proposals and managing supply chain from start to finish including 3PL.
Your role will be to manage the end to end running of the supply chain department. This is a very hands on role working with production to help implement and maintain a new MRP system and own and run the S&OP process. You will work with production to manage capacity, demand changes and despatch and oversee spending with 3PL providers.

The Role:
* Manage the day to day running of the supply chain processes.
* Own and run the S&OP process.
* Manage stock control, capacity, demand changes and capital projects.
* Direct reports including Production, Planning Manager and demand planners.
* Oversee freight planning/spend with DHL
The Supply Chain Manager:
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in FMCG.
* Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
* Strong knowledge of MRP systems.
* Able to drive continuous improvement of Global supply chain
