Supply Chain Co-ordinator / Planner – Doncaster – up to £30k plus companywide bonus structure - 33 days holidays, Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm, free parking, excellent development opportunity

Our client, a UK wide manufacturer, are keen to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Planning Manager within a busy and expanding team which include sales, transport, procurement, installation, service and production.
Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator include:
* Communicating with all departments, requesting and gathering information to strengthen the supply chain, companywide knowledge, communication and visibility
* Managing a portfolio of projects, new products and designs, end of life projects
* Daily use of the EPR system Navision to increase effective communication between departments and colleagues
* Continuous review of existing information and creating visibility on lead times
* Establish and manage missing supply chain elements
* Establish and build strong relationships with new & existing external clients, this will include site visits
* Supply realistic finished goods dates for all backordered products & advise the sales team of these, delivering customer requirements
* Look for opportunities to improve backorder dates, through streamlining of processes and application of efficient practices
It is expected that the successful Supply Chain Coordinator will have:
* Relevant qualifications to A level
* Demonstrable experience working within a complex supply chain
* Evidence of dealing with internal colleagues & external suppliers/customers confidently, assertively & professionally
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and their principles would be advantageous particularly Navision
