Warehouse and Distribution manager for ambitious / expansive company
Will be used to managing a very busy warehouse and larger teams .
Candidate must be flexible and driven . 42.5 hours per week contracted no fixed shift and hours
will be suited to the business .
Responsible for all warehouse and distribution supervisors and their staff including order checkers
packers , replenishment , goods in and drivers .
Responsibility for the recruitmant , training and activity planning for all warehouse and distribution staff .
Ensure a culture of high performance is in place at all levels of the business .
Measure employee performance at an individual level using continuous improvement methods .
Make sure all company HR procedures and policies are adhered to
