£43,840.66 per annum plus benefits
Our client is a charitable social enterprise based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
They are a not-for-profit housing provider that works to improve homes and communities. They have over 6,500 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset, and employ nearly 300 staff from their offices in Trowbridge.

The role
The ICT Operations Manager will manage, support and develop the day-to-day operations, processes and supporting systems.
It has the following main responsibilities;
Taking accountability for all day to day operations of the ICT department
Ensuring that the ICT Service Desk team and all relevant systems are meeting the operational requirements of all users.
Involvement in the strategic direction of our client’s ICT offering and leading on the continuous improvement of processes, techniques and standards.
What they need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
A relevant IT qualification
proven leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in an ICT support role with a team leadership aspect, leading the provision of a 2nd and 3rd line service directly to end users.
Strong leadership skills and business knowledge.
