Operations Manager - Responsive
Worcestershire
Up to £50,459 per annum
About the role
If you have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate others and have experience of responsive maintenance services in social housing or wider property services sector, then they want to hear from you.
They’re looking for a confident, proactive and innovative leader who can develop and inspire others to deliver a quality responsive maintenance operation to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
They want somebody who can:
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement, identifying and resolving problems
- Ability to drive and lead change, as well as engaging others
- Ability to deliver service to outperform KPIs including customer satisfaction and productivity
- Strong financial management and budget development skills within a commercial environment
