IT Procurement Manager

IT Procurement Manager - Leading Process Outsourcing Company - Central London - £50,000 to £60,000 - Fast Track Progression

My rapidly growing client seeks a procurement professional with strong knowledge of all IT Subcategories (Software, SaaS, hardware etc) to take on a pivotal role at the heart of the firm's procurement function. Working from their classy HQ in Central London, you will play a vital part in their sourcing model covering both direct and indirect side. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to be heavily involved across all areas with senior stakeholder exposure and an accelerated progression path.

As Procurement Manager you will be:

• Managing a large spend across all technology Procurement subcategories
• Developing new strategies for business development and reporting to senior members as to how the company can develop the Procurement function further
• Negotiating, and create relationships, with internal & external suppliers whilst developing a strong network for each market
• Conducting deep research into IT category and identify how you can generate savings across them
• Managing stakeholder relationships - ensuring a positive working relationship is in place

Key Skills & Experience Sought:

• Strong IT Procurement experience
• Proven track record of working end-to-end on large spend and delivering savings
• History of negotiating with the ability to influence decisions in your favour
• Good communication skills with experience managing supplier and stakeholder relationships
• Friendly, driven person looking to maintain high standards and set an example for self as well as others
• Degree level 2.1 or equivalent (desirable)
• CIPS (desirable)
