Our client, seeks to recruit a Change Manager to implement a new ERP platform. This workstream forms a key component of a comple Transformation agenda. The assignment is offered on the basis of an initial 6 month contract.

Job Title: Interim Change Manager

Salary: up to £500 a day- 6 month contract

Location: Hounslow, Middlesex

You will be responsible;

• Help to create and then deliver against the change strategy, business principles and change framework that the programme will adhere to
• Accountable for delivering full life cycle of allocated workstream projects and initiatives against the overall programme plan including culture, change readiness and embedding success and benefits realisation
• Work with the Transformation Change Lead to roll out the people change and TOM implementation including supporting with change packs, rolling out to HRBPs and consultation with colleagues

Competencies:

• Experience of delivering complex change initiatives in a unionised and sensitive environment
• Excellent planning and organising with the ability to keep track of deliverables and report to the Change Lead on progress of milestones
• Understanding of some key change methodologies and applying these is desirable
