£60,000 - £70,000 + 10% Bonus + Package

This globally revered luxury brand are industry leaders and are in constant expansion and as such are now looking for a Category Procurement Manager to work within their Marketing Procurement function to build a best-in-class strategic procurement function from the ground up. The successful individual will have a history within the Marketing category and be looking for a step up into this prestigious and global business.

Category Procurement Manager role profile: -

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans within the Marketing Procurement category with a focus on Retail.
• Excellent understanding of media panorama ATL / Digital (SEO/paid) across global core markets.
• Excelling in stakeholder management in order to understand business objectives and requirements in aligning these to commercial and category work.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Responsibility for setting up RFPs with creative agencies from pitch to contract with assistance from internal stakeholders.
• Design a best-in-class Procurement function with supplier relationship management frameworks which are sustainable throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Skills and Experience Required: -

• A history within the Marketing category of Procurement and subcategories which are specific to consumer business, Media Buying / Creative Agencies / Advertising in particular working within the Marketing Procurement category for a luxury brand.
• Global experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel.
