Job Details
I am keen to discuss an opportunity that I am currently recruiting for on behalf of one of the World's leading Industrial gases companies with circa 10,000 employees and a multi billion dollar turnover. They are looking for an ambitious procurement leader to build their Middle Eastern function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge in their career to bring a Greenfield operation into line with the existing first class procurement team.
Job Title: Regional Procurement Manager
Salary: £85-93k (tax free) + package
Location: Dubai
Role:
- To develop a Greenfield function to support the Middle East, Egypt and Turkey
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers across logistics/ capex/ facilities management/ marketing/ HR and more
- Key engagement at a senior level including C-Level and VP stakeholders on a global basis
Experience Required:
- Experience in managing and upskilling procurement teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Demonstrable experience in developing sourcing strategies
- Experience in buying one or all of; logistics/ capex/ facilities management/ marketing/ HR is desirable
- English fluency both written and oral; Arabic would be advantageous
