A major transport and logistics firm is seeking a dynamic, progressive Category Buyer to join their team in Wiltshire during an exciting period of transformation.

Following the appointment of a new Procurement Director and Head of Indirect Procurement, the team is gradually being reshaped into a cutting-edge, strategic function.

The Highlights:

• Support the Category Manager with all sourcing activities relating to Premises and Facilities Procurement - total annual spend of £80m
• Take ownership of some smaller sub-categories (value c£2m)
• Opportunity for development and promotion into a Category Manager role, and to gain cross-category exposure to HR, IT and Professional Services
• All applicants with at least 2 years' Procurement experience gained within a blue chip organisation will be considered
