Sales Operations Manager - FSTE 250

Location: London

Sales Operations Manager - An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Operations Manager to join one of the World's Largest Business Information Provider based in London.

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the ownership and drive of creating robust sales reports and dashboards to track company KPI's and Global sales metrics, using that information to analyse trends and suggest improvements. As the Sales Operations Manager you will need to have a solid knowledge of Salesforce and understand how to use it to engage it with the sales teams to produce better results.

The successful Sales Operations Manager will ideally have previous experience with subscription models although full training would be given in this position and a proven track record producing measurable results against forecasted targets.

Key Skills for the Sales Operations Manager:

  • Commercial experience in a Sales Operations Role.
  • Solid experience using Salesforce.
  • Motivated to deliver results.
  • A passion for detail.
  • A great communicator and leader and able to deliver results through others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are vital.

Salary: £55,000-65,000 (depending on experience) + up to 20% bonus + Benefits
