The Freight Forwarding Manager role:
We are currently looking to expand our import/export department and have an opportunity for a Freight Forwarding Manager to run our busy office. You will be responsible for the supervision of two other members of staff.
Our ideal Freight Forwarding Manager will have:
- Knowledge of all aspects of sea and air freight including customs clearance
- Preferably worked in a managerial capacity in a customer facing freight forwarding environment
- Commerciality and a ‘hands-on’ approach
- The capability to develop relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers
