Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and Recruitment Company are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our pivotal Commercial Contracts Team. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with a fun set of individuals.
Specifically, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating and signing commercial contracts. You will ensure that the contracts balance both our company risk policy and the commercial need to grow our business.
What you will be doing:
- Review and negotiate client agreements
- Ensure contractual compliance of negotiated agreements is maintained
- Coordinate, assess, administer and manage the contract review process
- Ensure the company risk policy is adhered to
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation issues from an operational level
- Monitor wider legislative changes
- Provide contract review process, risk policy and legislation training when required
What we are looking for:
- Ability to negotiate senior level contracts
- Previous contract negotiation experience is essential
- Experience of drafting contracts
- Commercial mind-set
- Awareness of liability and commercial risk
