Financial Operations Manager

Grafton Banks Finance has an exciting and unique opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA Financial Operations Manager in Central London. The role is working for a start-up business within a large international instantly recognisable brand and is set to grow to £100m turnover within the first year of trading. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will take responsibility for:

• Preparation of all relevant balance sheet reconciliations for review by the Financial Controller/Director of Finance;
• Management, control and accounting for the Shareholder Facility:
• Ensuring the system of financial and operational controls (including approval and authorities) is adopted across your area of responsibility:
• All aspects of working capital (including cash, trade debtors and trade creditors) including optimised positions across all;
• Management and control of all aspects of purchase to pay (from supplier set up to payment of suppler invoices) including liaison with procurement;
• Management and control of all aspects of order to cash (including raising of invoices);

The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious ACA/ACCA qualified with experience within a Financial Accounting or Audit role.
