Logistic Administrator - Near Exmouth

Permanent - £18000K

Full Time

We are really excited to be working with a well established company just outside of Exmouth.

A company that has a fantastic reputation in their market sector and is well established around the UK.

They are looking for an experienced Logistic Administrator to help in their busy office.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone enquires and liaising with customers in a professional manner
  • Managing stock levels within the office
  • Using company systems to input customer reports
  • Assisting with Administration
  • Organising any repairs or replacement of equipment
  • Helping with dispensing of stock
  • Updating CRM system with clinical histories if required

Key skills and attributes:

  • Proven organisation skills
  • Excellent PC Skills including, Word, Excel And Outlook
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Time management, prioritising work
