Assistant Operations Manager
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Interaction Reccruitment is looking for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to become a key part of the operational team for their client in Sherburn in Elmett. The main purpose of the job is to ensure a smooth delivery of equipment to locations around the UK and Europe.
Your main duties will be to assist the Operations Manager in the day to day planning and running of the business. This will involve speaking with clients, liaising with Supervisors and their crew, liaising with Drivers and staff members from satellite depots around the country. This is a responsible position involving logical decision making and a high level of communication skills.
Working hours will be 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday, flexibility will be required as weekend work is included on a rota basis (Sunday is normally worked from home). You must have excellent organisational skills and be a confident communicator. Sound geographical knowledge would be advantageous to the role.
Working in a fast paced environment, the ability to multi-task and successfully prioritise is a key skill we are looking for.
