Our client is one of the UK leading Fraud Prevention specialists, is a not-for-profit company working to protect businesses, charities, public bodies and individuals from financial crime.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the business as the company’s Data Integrity Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Data Integrity, you will be responsible in leading the operational team that delivers data integrity assurance reviews, processes complaints generated and consumer generated requests.

Location:             Central London (WC1H) – Close to Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross train lines.
Salary:                 Circa £50k per annum + excellent company benefits including 41 days holiday & bonus

As the Data Integrity Operations Manager, you will lead an operational team that delivers data integrity assurance reviews, processes complaints generated by member actions and consumer generated requests (e.g. Data Subject Access Requests) whilst maintaining a high performing, effective and resilient team who have good morale and development opportunities.

You will deliver a robust assurance process including a risk-based approach to determin where focused assurance is required that is transparent, proportionate, consistent and timely.

In addition, you will drive operational efficiencies by deriving, updating and managing daily targets to ensure team members are clear on what is asked of them each day whilst balancing workload to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have/be;

•             Proven experience of successfully managing, motivating and coaching a team of operational  

               staff

•             Demonstrable experience of setting and managing targets

•             Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities

•             Extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

•             Ability to use own initiative and work independently to drive deliverables through to

               conclusion

•             High attention to detail

•             Experience of process improvement and re-engineering
