Young Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.

Your role
You will be responsible for the purchase requisition and order system and work with the Finance Payments Officers to process invoices under the direction of the Head of Finance. Checking the accuracy of all requisitions and challenging them when necessary, you will input authorised orders and ensure they are sent to suppliers.

What we need from you
•Educated to A level standard or equivalent in Maths and English.
•Previous experience of working in a finance team and of working with purchase ledger in a computerised accounting setting.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
•Good organisation and time management skills.
