Procurement Co-Ordinator

Permanent opportunity based with our Crewe based client. Working Monday to Friday.

Working at the businesses Head Office you will be part of a successful Procurement Department, dealing with the general administration duties within the team.

This may suit a candidate that is numerate and looking for a career in Procurement.

Key duties will include:

  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Able to negotiate with suppliers to gain the best competitive price
  • Ability to build business relationships with suppliers
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Actioning orders for stationery and other supplies
  • Providing accurate management information
  • Other general ad hoc duties

Candidate skills:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the business and with suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated
  • Full clean driving license - you may travel to other office sites as required.
