Key responsibilities of this role include;

• Responsibility for planning and ordering materials
• Being first point of contact for inbound related queries
• Providing support to the Procurement team with supplier compliance and general administrative requirements
• Ensuring supplier deadlines are achieved and quality performance targets are met
• Checking of all delivery documents and booking materials in to the company inventory
• Acting as a point of contact between suppliers, warehouse and contracted manufacturing partners
• Implementing SOPs
• Controlling supply chain and inventory activities

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment providing supply chain support essential
• Strong IT and planning skills
• Confident MS Office user
• Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Regulated or specialist employer experience desirable
• Exposure to procurement processes
• High levels of attention to detail
• Fast paced and hardworking character

• £30,000 - £35,000 pa + enhanced benefits
