Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Change Manager with in-depth experience of technology platform transformations, to work for a global leading payments provider based in Central London.

This is a great time to join a state of the art technology platform building transformation at a very early phase in their 5 year roadmap.

You will be planning, coordinating and managing the day to day activities across multiple workstreams including but not limited to, Operational Readiness teams, BAU, risk, sales, testing, development, training teams, customer teams and product. In addition to this you will take a lead role in change impact assessment for the business processes, as well as engage and advise challenging senior stakeholders in multiple geographies.

You would be required to move from broad strategic vision to highly tactical execution at a moment's notice.


Experience/Skills Required:

  • Must have 7-10 years hands on change management experience
  • Change management experience on a platform transformation involving movement of legacy systems or equivalent is an advantage
  • Must be able to give credible examples of leading change and business readiness for large, or multiple complex technology led programmes .
  • Must have change management / business readiness experience within a Payments, Fin-Tech, Challenger Banking or Financial Services organisation
  • Must have have a good technical understanding, and be well versed in agile & waterfall
  • Must have good communication, organisation and reporting skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Must have hands on experience of implementing and further development of change management processes from both a consumer and business perspective.
  • Must have experience of working with senior level stakeholders (Director / C-suite / Heads Of level)
  • Must have a proven track record of working with distributed teams across multiple geographical locations
  • Must have experience of working in a fast paced environment, be passionate, have a positive / self starter attitude, with clear articulation of ideas, preference for action, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be a team player with strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to lead effectively across functions.
