Sales Operations Manager | London | Up to £80, 000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits

An exceedingly successful Blockchain software company known for their disruptive and unique platform are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager due to the company entering a significant phase of growth. This company is renowned for their influence across the financial services sector, shipping, healthcare and many more.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Director of Global Sales Operations, Sales Managers and sales teams across the globe but primarily EMEA. The Sales Operations Manager manages the tactical elements of sales reporting including but not limited to sales forecasting, analytics, quota planning, compensation planning support and territory design, channel/ partner processes, KPI- dashboards, customer contracts and proposals, and SalesForce.com enablement.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations in a corporate tech company
  • Excellent SalesForce.com best practices and experience is an absolute MUST
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota assignment, and sales compensation structures and programmes
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and enterprise B2B software sales experience is ideal but not essential.
