NIGHT SHIFT Warehouse Team Manager responsible for approx 30 Operatives. This client's main focuses are team integration, morale and engagement. Essentials for this role include, brilliant communication and inter personal skills and the ability to integrate yourself into the existing team.

Nationwide in-house retailer/distributor with a real focus on it's people and it's culture. Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Specialist based in the Doncaster area.

Description

As Warehouse Team Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely planning of daily work volumes in order to meet customer expectations and SLA's
  • Monitor team performance in order to achieve productivity and cost targets.
  • Development of the team across all areas of the operation
  • Ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner keeping to all deadlines
  • KPI Management

Profile

The successful Warehouse Team Manager will:

  • Have excellent communication and inter personal skills
  • Proven experience of their ability to integrate themselves into a team
  • Experience managing a team of 25+ Operatives
  • Live within commutable distance from the Doncaster area
  • Be open to a perm NIGHT SHIFT
