Are you a Bid Manager with experience in Civils/construction or M&E? Do you want a role where you can manage your own projects and grow to have a team?

This market leading business offer complete project solutions ranging from design, construction, installation, commissioning & maintenance of all M&E systems within a number of sectors. They have secured some of the most sought after projects in the UK and are now looking for a Bid Manager to join the team.

This is a key role within the Estimating department, and supports the business by planning and managing the bid processes. The position will be accountable for the development and submission of tenders and proposals to existing and prospective clients, within set timeframes and to the highest quality.

This role would ideally suit a highly motivated Bid Manager looking to put your stamp on the role and progress within the business.

The Role:

* Liaising with customers and travelling to sites on occasion * Tenders and Proposals * Planning and managing Bid Process * Mainly based at Chelmsford * £45,000 - £65,000 + Development + Benefits

The Person:

* Strong commercial skills * Must live in commutable distance to Chelmsford
