Global HR Operations Manager
We are looking to employ a Global HR Operations Manager to lead the alignment of our HR operations throughout the Playtech group.The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR manager who understands all the steps in employee journey and knows what it takes to align the relevant practices in a number of different locations.Able to identify new and align existing HR policies, processes, procedures and practices that support a number of initiatives including, relocations, mergers and acquisitions and other HR integrations.An ability to understand the needs and input processes that ensure the function evolves and grows and that all of the above is future proofed by process.The role will lead on building a global strategy for onboarding, off-boarding, employee development and engagement, leading to the ultimate employee experience.Working closely with colleagues, the holder of this role will be expected to lead on the design and implementation of HR operation programs and practices within the Playtech group that focuses on employee retention and support to achieve business goals. The position is part of a global HR experts’ team, reporting to head of Global HR and will be located in Estonia, UK or Gibraltar.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Building alignment on HR operations across the group and across the multiple locations
- Making sure all global company policies are delivered and implemented in each location
- Creating the ultimate employee experience across the group in close cooperation with local HR Managers including onboarding, off-boarding, relocations
- Assist in identifying and supporting the strategic HR plan in line with the Head of Global HR
- Identify, write and ensure implementation of global HR policies, procedures and processes relevant to the role, ensuring alignment with local HR teams.
- High level input to processes that support the annual performance appraisals, compensation, benefits projects, salary benchmarkingensuring alignment with local HR teams
- High level input to procedures and processes that support the HR systems.
- Relevant CIPD HR qualification (equivalent to CIPD level 7 or above or at least 7 years of HR Management experience)
- Must understand the employee journey from offer and on-boarding through to termination and the HR nuances associated with this.
- Experienced working with multiple stakeholders in global organization
- Experienced in building HR programmes and practices, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness
- Ability to draft, and implement global policies, agreements, standards, and business procedures relevant to the role
- Ability to drive efficiencies and achieve process improvements through collaboration with colleagues and other corporate functions.
- Ability to self-motivate and work well with minimal supervision.
