Key Account Manager (Freight)

Key Account Manager required for freight forwarding business based in Dartford. You will be responsible for managing a key account within the business managing all of their freight forwarding requests.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who is confident at building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to generate and increase the business. The role is essentially dealing with a specific customer, in addition to organising import freight overland.

Experience within a similar role is essential.

Key Duties:

• Handling shipments from origin to delivery
• Account manage customer - building strong relationships
• Raise and Issue quotations
• Taking Bookings
• Customs management
• Promote other services
