Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Temporary Procurement Administrator to join a manufacturing business based in the Huddersfield area.

Client Details

The client is a leading business in the manufacturing and production industry and are looking for a temporary procurement administrator to join the team to help with a high workload. This is a long term opportunity with route for progression into the business.

Description

The Temporary Procurement Administrator will be responsible for -

  • Ordering samples and office supplies from suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory stock - observing whether items have arrived and what needs to be ordered.
  • Processing and confirming orders
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Responsible for Purchase Orders
  • Updating records and follow ups with vendors to check that the order is being processed
  • Negotiating with suppliers on materials and order costs
  • Compiling cost reports for invoices
  • Updating and sending daily reports
  • Resolving order issues including shipment issues which are incorrect or late
  • Building strng relationships with customers and suppliers

Profile

The Temporary Procurement Administrator will have/be -

  • Background as a Procurement Administrator
  • Keen eye for details
  • Forward thinking and ability to spot issues and problems
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
