Logistics Administrator

Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: Up to £23,000 (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Our market leading client based in Hertford is seeking a methodical and organised candidate with previous administration/co-ordination experience to join their team as a logistics administrator.

The successful candidate will have great customer service skills and strong administration experience. Previous experience working within logistics will be highly beneficial.

Job Duties:

• Handling inbound calls and emails from suppliers and customers
• Handling customer order fulfilment including transportation needs and lead times
• Ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion
• General administrative duties to meet the daily logistic needs
• Updating CRM system to accurate and up to date information

Person Specification:

• Previous administration experience is essential and logistics administration experience is highly advantageous
• Motivated and proactive with an organised and methodical approach
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal with a clear and confident telephone manner
• IT literate including being confident using MS Packages
• High attention to detail and accuracy
