Principal Accountabilities:

To uphold ASL’s operating standards and procedures and commercial values

To ensure ASL is compliant with all regulations and legislation when despatching Sales Orders

To ensure all items on the Sales Order have the required documentation before despatching

Responsibilities:

Daily prioritising and processing of Sales & Export Compliance Administration;

Co-ordinate the import/export process and compliance;

Ensure product offering is to customer’s requirement before despatching items to customers;

Giving full and compliant order and product information to the appropriate ASL team members to ensure efficient fulfilment of order;

Assisting the general admin function of the business, including the preparation and submission of corporate documents;

Assisting with marketing and maintenance of the company website/social media;

Supporting the management team through co-ordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes;

Collating data to enable and perform statistical analysis;

Develop and maintain professional and productive working relationships with other ASL team members;

Daily interaction with other ASL team members as appropriate to ASL structure;

Set customer expectation regarding contact with ASL;

Administration and deadline compliance as appropriate;

Attend departmental meetings as required;

Person Specification:

In your CV you will need to demonstrate that you are;

  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
