Why Datscha?

Google will tell you Datscha is "the leading software service to find and validate off-market commercial property opportunities." That’s pretty spot-on. What it doesn’t tell you is that we’re an established Scandinavian brand, backed by Stronghold, one of the largest real estate companies in the Nordics. In London, however, we get to operate like a startup.

Datscha is a market leader- but who are the people fuelling that? Datscha UK is a quickly growing, the diverse group doing big things. We joined the team from a variety of backgrounds, but are unified in our understanding of how best to leverage commercial property data and technology to help and transform real estate. Our Proptech solution enables property professionals to find and validate off-market deals, search for comparable transactions, assess planning applications and discover who is buying and selling assets, all in a simple to use interface.
